What the Bible says about Jesus

The True Light "In him, (the Lord Jesus) was life, and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it. The true light that gives light to every man was coming into the world,…the world didn’t recognize him." John 1:4,9.
The Good Seed and the Weeds The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seeds in his field. But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat and went away. Matthew 13:24,25.

So, maybe now we are about to find out what the FEMA coffins were all about

Reblogged from: servehiminthewaiting.com
I do not do what I do here to scare people, and I try to be really careful about speculating.  But there are a couple of things that keep coming up today.  Of course the situation with Ebola makes no sense.  There seems to be a deliberate effort to keep the situation as confusing as possible.  Conflicting statements by various “experts”, etc.  But whether the Ebola threat is as contagious and potentially deadly as the reports out of West Africa indicate, we are going to have a crisis on our hands either way.

So does this put a different and more urgent light upon the FEMA coffins, and the innumerable rounds of ammunition, the steady “militarization” of police, and detention centers?  Will Ebola be the specific crisis?  I mean, consider the timing.  Midterm elections are a month away.  I am pretty positive that the outcome of that election, if it even goes forward, will be a sham, irrelevant, and is probably not going to even slow down the planned events that are in store.

I’ve said before that Alex Jones is “allowed” to reveal only what those who control all the rest of the media, allow him to reveal.  Ultimately I believe God Himself is overseeing what information we are allowed to know, as I believe He is sovereign.  So having said that, my purpose in linking a Prison Planet article, isn’t exactly the same as that of many people who might re-post something of his.  It is undeniable he tends to know about things slightly ahead of other people.  And his information is pretty accurate for the most part, speculation aside.
http://www.prisonplanet.com/cdc-suggests-hermetically-sealed-coffins-for-ebola-victims-aka-fema-coffins.html

That is only one of the Prison Planet headlines.  Here is another one, and I watched this video on Fox News yesterday.  It is pretty disturbing, as the video recorded by a child in the back seat, shows that the passenger and driver in this car were completely cooperative with reasonable requests, but the situation began to escalate when the passenger was asked for his drivers license, which he didn’t have with him.
As a person who started a Neighborhood Watch in my area, I found it pretty much “universal” that people don’t trust the police.
At first I thought it might be due to their own violations of the law, but then my neighbors, an older couple, he nearing retirement, she still babysitting several small kids in her home, told me about a police raid on their home, spurred by a “tip” in which, as it turns out, the “informant” got the address wrong.  What is even more disturbing is that no lawyer in the area would take the case!  Corruption seems to have permeated every level, in the police departments in some areas, and I dare say “some level, in all police departments”.  When the video ended, and more “suggested videos” popped up, I found this documentary by a former policeman, on the Robert Leone case involving the Pennsylvania State Troopers, particularly scary!  As we know, it is extremely rare for officers to ever be held accountable in any way for their crimes.  This is the kind of officers who will take sick enjoyment in helping enforce a police state.

I don’t speculate much anymore, because nothing much makes sense as to what, of all the possible scenarios, actually ends up coming to fruition.  The potential for “chaos” is so high, and in so many various threats, that the most likely outcome in my opinion, will be that several of these crises will come to a head at once.  I think that the fact the election is next month, makes it highly likely that the Obama administration still has its most egregious crimes against America ahead of it.  I don’t entertain any residual delusion that a shift in power in Congress will make a difference.  In fact, as one post pointed out, a deadlock could render Joe Biden the deciding vote.  He is Rain Man, for pity’s sake.

Even though I use terms like “scary” and disturbing”, I am not wringing my hands about any of this.  I know it is not popular these days, but I believe that the Christian is not appointed to wrath.  Wrath is reserved for those who have rejected the gift of redemption purchased by the blood of Christ on the cross in their behalf. The wages of sin is death.  There is no remission of sins without the shedding of blood.  Hell is a real place, created for the Devil and his fallen angels, but it is the default destination for many people, because there is a virus worse than Ebola, and it is the sinful state of fallen man.  We do not measure up to God’s righteousness.  That is why Jesus had to die.  An infinite guilt, can only be assuaged by the sacrifice of someone infinitely innocent and holy.

My hope is built on nothing less, than Jesus’ blood and righteousness.  What can wash away my sins?  Nothing but the blood of Jesus.  That’s an “old-timey” hymn, with phrases that aren’t popular anymore in church.  Nor is the topic of hell, or sin.  What the world needs now is not “love”, but truth.  We don’t need more tolerance, we need less, a whole LOT less.  God won’t be tolerant on judgment day.  It is appointed unto man, once to die, and then judgment.  100 percent of humans who were ever born, went on to die, or will do so.  And a hundred percent of those will then stand before God to be judged.

What will you have to say for yourself?  Your money won’t buy you a lawyer, there will be no advocate at all.  The only Advocate who is worthy to stand before God, is Jesus.  And if you don’t know Him in life, He won’t know you in death.  Jesus’ death, his burial, his resurrection, and his ascension to Heaven where He now sits at the right hand of God the Father, that is the gospel.  You don’t need me to tell you that you are a sinner.  You already know it, what you need is to admit it.  Repent.  The end is much nearer than you think.

The Land Without Muslims

The Japanese do not feel the need to apologize to Muslims for the negative way in which they relate to Islam.

Japanese Muslim
There are countries in the world, mainly in Europe, that are presently undergoing significant cultural transformations as a result of Muslim immigration. France, Germany, Belgium and Holland are interesting examples of cases where immigration from Muslim countries, together with the Muslims’ high fertility rate, effects every area of life.

It is interesting to know that there is a country in the world whose official and public approach to the Muslim matter is totally different. This country is Japan. This country keeps a very low profile on all levels regarding the Muslim matter: On the diplomatic level, senior political figures from Islamic countries almost never visit Japan, and Japanese leaders rarely visit Muslim countries. The relations with Muslim countries are based on concerns such as oil and gas, which Japan imports from some Muslim countries. The official policy of Japan is not to give citizenship to Muslims who come to Japan, and even permits for permanent residency are given sparingly to Muslims.

Japan forbids exhorting people to adopt the religion of Islam (Dawah), and any Muslim who actively encourages conversion to Islam is seen as proselytizing to a foreign and undesirable culture. Few academic institutions teach the Arabic language. It is very difficult to import books of the Qur’an to Japan, and Muslims who come to Japan, are usually employees of foreign companies. In Japan there are very few mosques. The official policy of the Japanese authorities is to make every effort not to allow entry to Muslims, even if they are physicians, engineers and managers sent by foreign companies that are active in the region. Japanese society expects Muslim men to pray at home.

Japanese companies seeking foreign workers specifically note that they are not interested in Muslim workers. And any Muslim who does manage to enter Japan will find it very difficult  to rent an apartment. Anywhere a Muslim lives, the neighbors become uneasy. Japan forbids the establishment of Islamic organizations, so setting up Islamic institutions such as mosques and schools is almost impossible. In Tokyo there is only one imam.

In contrast with what is happening in Europe, very few Japanese are drawn to Islam. If a Japanese woman marries a Muslim, she will be considered an outcast by her social and familial environment. There is no application of Shari’a law in Japan. There is some food in Japan that is halal, kosher according to Islamic law, but it is not easy to find it in the supermarket.

The Japanese approach to Muslims is also evidenced by the numbers: in Japan there are 127 million residents, but only ten thousand Muslims, less than one hundredth of a percent. The number of Japanese who have converted is thought to be few. In Japan there are a few tens of thousands of foreign workers who are Muslim, mainly from Pakistan, who have managed to enter Japan as workers with construction companies. However, because of the negative attitude towards Islam they keep a low profile.

There are several reasons for this situation

First, the Japanese tend to lump all Muslims together as fundamentalists who are unwilling to give up their traditional point of view and adopt modern ways of thinking and behavior. In Japan, Islam is perceived as a strange religion, that any intelligent person should avoid.

Second, most Japanese have no religion, but behaviors connected with the Shinto religion along with elements of Buddhism are integrated into national customs . In Japan, religion is connected to the nationalist concept, and prejudices exist towards foreigners whether they are Chinese, Korean, Malaysian or Indonesian, and Westerners don’t escape this phenomenon either. There are those who call this a “developed sense of nationalism” and there are those who call this “racism”. It seems that neither of these is wrong.

And Third, the Japanese dismiss the concept of monotheism and faith in an abstract god,  because their world concept is apparently connected to the material, not to faith and emotions. It seems that they group Judaism together with Islam. Christianity exists in Japan and is not regarded negatively, apparently because the image of Jesus perceived in Japan is like the images of Buddha and Shinto.

The most interesting thing in Japan’s approach to Islam is the fact that the Japanese do not feel the need to apologize to Muslims for the negative way in which they relate to Islam. They make a clear distinction between their economic interest in resources of oil and gas from Muslim countries, which behooves Japan to maintain good relations with these countries on the one hand, and on the other hand, the Japanese nationalist viewpoints, which see Islam as something that is suitable for others, not for Japan, and therefore the Muslims must remain outside.

Because the Japanese have a gentle temperament, and project serenity and tranquility toward foreigners, foreigners tend to relate to the Japanese with politeness and respect. A Japanese diplomat would never raise his voice or speak rudely in the presence of foreigners, therefore foreigners relate to the Japanese with respect, despite their racism and discrimination against Muslims in the matter of immigration. A Japanese official who is presented with an embarrassing question regarding the way the Japanese relate to Muslims, will usually refrain from answering, because he knows that a truthful answer would arouse anger, and he is both unable and unwilling to give an answer that is not true. He will smile but not answer, and if pressed, he will ask for time so that his superiors can answer, while he knows that this answer will never come.

Japan manages to remain a country almost without a Muslim presence because Japan’s negative attitude toward Islam and Muslims pervades every level of the population, from the man in the street to organizations and companies to senior officialdom. In Japan, contrary to the situation in other countries, there are no “human rights” organizations to offer support to Muslims’ claims against the government’s position. In Japan no one illegally smuggles Muslims into the country to earn a few yen, and almost no one gives them the legal support they would  need in order to get permits for temporary or permanent residency or citizenship.

Another thing that helps the Japanese keep Muslim immigration to their shores to a minimum is the Japanese attitude toward the employee and employment. Migrant workers are perceived negatively in Japan, because they take the place of Japanese workers. A Japanese employer feels obligated to employ Japanese workers even if it costs much more than it would to employ foreign workers. The traditional connection between an employee and employer in Japan is much stronger than in the West, and the employer and employee feel a mutual commitment to each other: an employer feels obligated to give his employee a livelihood, and the employee feels obligated to give the employer the fruit of his labor. This situation does not encourage the acceptance of foreign workers, whose commitment to the employers is low.

The fact that the public and the officials are united in their attitude against Muslim immigration has created a sort of iron wall around Japan that Muslims lack both the permission and the capability to overcome. This iron wall silences the world’s criticism of Japan in this matter, because the world understands that there is no point in criticizing the Japanese, since criticism will not convince them to open the gates of Japan to Muslim immigration.

Japan is teaching the whole world an interesting lesson: there is a direct correlation between national heritage and permission to immigrate: a people that has a solid and clear national heritage and identity will not allow the unemployed of the world to enter its country; and a people whose cultural heritage and national identity is weak and fragile, has no defense mechanisms to prevent a foreign culture from penetrating into its country and its land.

Satan´s Temper Tandrum

Satan’s Temper Tantrum
By Donna Wasson
Reblogged from  raptureready.com

I’m overwhelmed these days. I feel as if I’m standing in the middle of a field without a weapon, while continuously being fired upon by enemies I can’t see. I know the general direction of their hiding places and I know they mean to do me great harm, but there’s nowhere to run or hide. I’m exposed and vulnerable, and that makes me very, very angry!
So, who’s the enemy and what are they shooting? Ephesians 6:12 pretty much says it all. “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” That’s who we’re battling, but I’d still like to slap the ever-living snot out of the human beings they currently employ.
I’ve never been a big fan of temper tantrums. When I see anyone, whether adult or child, giving in to their base, immature nature and spilling the toxic sewage of their rage on the rest of us, I have an overwhelming urge to blister their fanny. And, right now, satan is throwing one hellacious temper tantrum that’s getting louder and more violent and obnoxious by the day.
He’s had approximately 6000 years or so since the fall of Adam and Eve, to rule this earth and his time is quickly running out; after all, he’s read the Bible too. He’s well aware that his playdate is about to end with a long sojourn in the Bottomless Pit and, because he’s a spoiled brat with a massive entitlement chip on his shoulder, he’s going to go out with a bang, wreaking all the havoc possible and taking as many human beings down to the pit with him.
At the moment, he’s pitching a royal fit on the floor of the cosmic grocery store, kicking and screaming, because he can’t ascend to the heights of heaven and be like the Most High. Poor baby. Quite frankly, he’s so out of control at this point that his machinations have progressed past causing alarm and terror in my heart, to inspiring a yawning boredom and disdain. If I hear about one more beheading, I’m tempted to buy a ticket to Syria, find one of those filthy camel urine drinkers (No, I’m not kidding) and stick a pencil in them!
You do realize that ISIS was created by our government, don’t you? Just like the CIA created, trained and equipped Al Qaida in the 1980’s to battle the Soviets in Afghanistan during the cold war, we have a new, improved version, courtesy of our twisted, wicked, Globalist serving government.
Remember back in 2013 when Bashar al-Assad supposedly used chemical weapons against his own people? The Occupant went into convulsions of humanitarian sympathy, announced that the United States needed to invade Syria to depose Assad as the United Nations inspectors were called in to investigate.
While this inspection was occurring, the Occupant was doing his dead-level best to persuade the American people that we needed to start yet another war against a Middle Eastern nation that posed no direct threat to us, and he didn’t need the permission of Congress to proceed either. The American people put their collective foot down with a resounding “NO!” No more of our blood and treasure would be wasted.
Besides, Russia and China had wagged their fingers in the Occupant’s face and dared him to step one toe into Syrian territory. They threatened ‘If you do, America might just go boom!’
Suddenly, the Occupant decided he might need to check in with Congress after all, knowing they wouldn’t back him, and he’d be able to back out of his pitch for war and save face at the same time. It would be all Congress’ fault for not giving him permission. That is, until the United Nations inspectors report showed it was the rebels who used the chemical weapons—not Assad. Whoops! Our bad!
The Globalist’s directive that the Occupant continue the ‘Arab Spring’ regime change in Syria would have to wait for another opportunity, so it was put on the back burner. Hmmm. What could they come up with as a reasonable excuse to bomb the patooty out of Syria and get rid of Assad? Oooo, ooooh, I got it! Let’s create a new boogeyman; one SO big and bad and scary that the American people would freak out and demand action be taken to stop it.
Introducing: ISIS.
It’s pretty much common knowledge that Ambassador Stevens was a CIA operative in Benghazi, whose mission it was to procure weapons for the Syrian ‘rebels.’ Those rebels were members of Al Qaida, who were secretly trained by the U.S. in Jordan, and supplied with weapons so they could pose as ‘freedom fighters’ in Syria in their quest to overthrow the ‘oppressive Assad regime.’
They were more than happy to learn the best of America’s combat secrets, as well as receive billions of our tax dollars in backing and weaponry. Heck yeah, they’d take it! They’re not stupid—they just seem to avoid bathing.
Some of the ‘freedom fighters’ apparently got tired of fighting Assad’s forces, set up shop inside Syria where they knew Russia and China would have their back and under the leadership of the ever charming Abu Bakr al Baghdadi, decided to take it upon themselves to establish a Middle Eastern caliphate. In other words, the Frankenstein-monster freedom fighters the U.S. government created are now out of control, and cutting a bloody swath across Iraq and Syria.
So, only one year after the Occupant pulled all troops out of Iraq, against the advice of his military advisors, ISIS has conquered almost every major city our nation fought to free from Saddam Hussein. America spent 10 years in Iraq. We lost 4,500 precious men and women, had 32,000 wounded, some severely, and spent 3 trillion dollars of our treasure. Great. Isn’t that special.
When ISIS reared its ugly head in Iraq, the Iraqi army we spent the last several years arming and training to take over the security of their own country, screamed like little French girls, threw down the weapons, tanks, personnel carriers, etc., we left behind for their use, and ran for the hills, giving ISIS state-of-the-art American equipment to use against anyone who looks at them funny
Again, the ISIS monster is not minding its creator. They have their own agenda which must be stopped, and soon! Russia and China are still wagging their finger, warning the U.S. against invading or even bombing inside Syria for any reason. So…what’s the plan, Mr. Occupant? What’s that? We’re going to conduct airstrikes inside Syria anyway?
Airstrikes which ISIS can scatter and hide from? Airstrikes which are all but useless according to our military leaders? Airstrikes which might just hack off Russia and China enough to lob a few nukes our way? Our current and retired military leaders are all over the talking head shows, pointing out the obvious: ISIS cannot be stopped by airstrikes alone. Oh, but the Occupant has promised that America will NOT have boots on the ground in the fight against these horrible people.
And if we like our doctor, we can keep our doctor.
Now, Congress has just approved giving $500 million MORE of our tax dollars to train and equip “moderate Syrian rebels” to fight ISIS on the ground. OK, so let me get this straight. We’re gonna give more money, training and weapons to Syrian rebels so they can fight former Syrian rebels? The same “moderate Syrian rebels” who just signed a non-aggression pact with ISIS? The “moderate Syrian rebels” who will most likely join the very ISIS that we’re trusting them to fight?
Am I missing something? Who’s the President of the United States? Forrest Gump? After all, “Stupid is as stupid does.”
I think it’s time I change the Occupant’s name to “Obomb-ya,” because he apparently thinks that’s the answer to everything. Hey, we have to use those drones for something! And, don’t forget he boasted that he’s very good at killing people. Unless, of course, he’s on the golf course. I’m so proud to be an American. Aren’t you?
I’ll address the nightmare that is ISIS in part 2 of Satan’s Temper Tantrum. By the way, are you saved? I highly advise you get right with the Lord because the U.S. government created Frankenstein plans to come to America. God promises tomorrow to no man. Think about it.

Learning from Russia's Return to Its Historical Roots

Reblogged from The American Thinker
By Janice Shaw Crouse

Having swept all before them in the aimless societies of the west, the LGBTIQ crowd is in a howling fury with Russia’s pro-family movement for its refusal to capitulate to their gay marriage agenda. They are calling for federal investigations of Americans participating in what should have been a non-controversial international pro-family celebration, honoring an institution that has been the backbone of virtually all societies throughout thousands of years of history. The International Family Forum, convening in Moscow on September 10 at the State Kremlin Palace and continuing September 11 at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, drew more than 1,000 participants from around the world (including about a dozen individuals from the United States).

Many Western nations have kowtowed to the pressures of the LGBTIQ movement that seeks to destroy freedom of speech, religious liberty, marriage and the family. Emboldened by their political victories in the United States (more often than not at the hands of unelected judges), the protesters made global headlines by trying to shut down the World Congress of Families’ pro-family celebration in Australia. They succeeded in preventing American organizations -- especially the World Congress of Families -- from participating in the just-completed International Family Forum in Moscow; they threw up barriers and threatened retribution, but they could not shut down either the Australian or the Russian events. The most they could do was demand there be investigations of the American individuals who helped plan the Russian conference, but they could not stop free citizens from participating on their own.

The Russian forum in its “General Concept” preface succinctly identified the harms caused by the “sensate culture” (a term from Pitirim Sorokin, a famous Russian sociologist who knew well the deleterious effects of a man-centered, atheistic worldview), a modern-day post-Christian dimension in world history: “the destruction of moral standards such as Goodness, Truth, and Beauty and destruction of faith in a Created natural order that distinguishes good from evil.” Such attitudes -- “this modern-day ambiguity, relativity, and indeterminacy regarding family” -- “creates the threat to the civilized existence of societies.” The Russians declare that “it is high time to talk not only about the role of the family institution in the retention of humanity as a biological species but also about the vital role of [the] natural family in the preservation of civilized society and “ordered liberty.”  This transformation is “crucially important especially given the millennial battle between civil society and barbarism, where the latter appears in a highly technological and disguised progressive form contributing to the increasing moral chaos.”

The Russians, having experienced 70 years of the horrors and “moral chaos” brought about by the Marxist-Leninist experiment at creating the "New Man," are not about to give up their hard-won grip on reality, regained by going back to their historic Orthodox roots. Their clear unswerving vision of their recent past under Communism enables them to see progressivism as “a new tool of secular, post-modern humanists and sexual radicals to pursue not only their economic interests, but also, ideological, philosophical and political interests.”  Russian pro-family leaders recognize that the threats to “the meaning of family in the context of global ideological competition from self-interested post-modern humanists and challenges to the ensure the survival and sovereignty of modern states grows to such an extent that the protection of the classical notions of normative behavior, civilized man, the human family, and definition of marriage have to be enshrined in national constitutions.” Whatever critiques of Putin’s foreign policy you may have, the pro-family movement in Russia is a genuine and deep phenomenon, unrelated to foreign affairs.

Intellectual dry rot has made western intellectuals susceptible to every foolish fad -- neo-Marxism, feminism, genderism, humanism, environmentalism, etc. -- that has resulted from deconstructionism. Nowhere is this more evident than their inability to discern simple biological realities such as the difference between male and female. As the Russians noted, “Only precise and univalent definitions may permit us to understand that behind the fuzzy expectations of modern humanism and its jargon, there hides traits of degradation and deception that would lead to the death of humanity.” Such thinking, of course, is scorned by the elites who have produced our distorted Western intellectual condition.

Having chosen the mush of moral relativism and multiculturalism over the sterner more rigorous and demanding Judeo-Christian worldview, the leaders in the great universities, the media with the vast array of communications technology at its disposal, the business and government leaders of the western world from Washington to London to Paris to Frankfurt to Vienna, all have been easily swayed and finally subjugated by first one movement and then another –– including feminism's flimsy claims that men and women are interchangeable, the LGBTIQ's claims that gender is a social construct and thus we must give up everything from traditional/real-world designation of male and female bathrooms to father and mother on birth certificates.

We in the west have read a bit of Russian history, but know little of what is embedded in the DNA of the Russians from the first-hand experiences of generation after generation of those who struggled to survive one tragedy after another. Napoleon’s half a million strong army was able to reach Moscow but was turned back in defeat by the realities of the flames that consumed the city and the deadly cold of the Russian winter. Hitler learned nothing from Napoleon's folly. He had no comprehension of how tenaciously the Russians would defend their Motherland no matter how many millions of them he managed to kill with advanced German weaponry.

Now come Obama, Kerry, Clinton and the rest of the LGBTIQ's claque who bluster, sanction, and slander pro-family Russian leaders; these, however, are persons who see and understand the real threat to their homeland of the depopulation and demographic winter that follow when there is a failure of natural families to flourish. Now come the Human Rights Campaign and those who demonize and demagogue anyone who dares to speak Truth to power on these fundamental issues.

Meanwhile, the radical Islamist jihadist have taken the measure of the decadent West with its vast technological superiority (but moral and spiritual bankruptcy) and have decided they can with beat us with suicide bombers. And as long as we are led by thinkers who not only fail to recognize the importance of (but actively fight against) something as elementary and fundamental as the necessity to a society of having the foundational strength of families lead by a mothers and fathers, then perhaps the jihadist are right.

What western elites refuse to comprehend, the Russian cab driver taking us to the airport effortlessly grasps, (from practical, real-life experience), namely the importance of family and fidelity. We conversed even though his English was a faltering, rusty, classroom level of vocabulary. In response to my question about family, he told us that he had two children – a boy 21 and a girl 3 years old. Then, apparently in recognition that we were Americans, he wanted to make it very clear that he was married, had had only one wife -- had loved only one woman -- even though he “made” his son when he was only a lad of 17. Family was obviously very important to him as a man and he wanted it clearly understood that he was faithful to his vows to his wife.

Today, after 80 years of the horrors of life under communism, Russia is working to restore family and Orthodoxy as the foundations of its culture and the means of its survival as a nation. Meanwhile, it remains to be seen how much stomach the west has left for a fight for survival. Perhaps we will simply, once again, capitulate to Jihadism just as we have to LGBTIQism and so many other hollow “isms.” But if after witnessing the miracle of Russia's unblinking repudiation of the blight and sorrows of its own Marxist experiment, I wouldn't bet on the Russians capitulating to western LGBTIQ fascists without a fight.

Janice Shaw Crouse, Ph.D., was winner of the 2013 Global Leadership Award by the Leadership Institute and The World Congress of Families. She was one of about a dozen American participants in the International Family Forum in Moscow, September 10-11, 2014.
